Ingredients:
1/2 kg paneer cut into wide slices
2 tablespoons chickpea flour
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
2 teaspoons coriander powder
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
2-3 green chilies
1 1/2 cups of water
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoons malai

Preparation
Step 1: Heat the melted butter in a pan and fry the paneer pieces.
Step 2: Remove the paneer and in the same butter, add the cumin seeds, sauté a little and add the ginger.
Step 3: When the ginger turns a light brown color, add the chickpea flour.
Step 4: Add yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder, salt, chili powder, and garam masala.
Step 5: Sauté over medium heat until the fat separates.
Step 6: Add the peppers. Sauté a bit, then add the water and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 3-4 minutes.
Step 7 – Add the fried paneer pieces, simmer for about 2 minutes and serve hot, garnished with chopped coriander leaves and cream.
