Carlo Ancelotti has decided to summon the entire squad for the final of the European Super Cup that will measure Real Madrid, current champion of the Champions League, and Eintracht Frankfurt, winner of the Europa League last season, in Helsinki. The Italian is taking to the Finnish capital the 24 players who currently have a record in the Madrid first team and Luis López, Castilla goalkeeper who this year will be the third goalkeeper.
This will be the first final for Tchouaméni and Rüdiger, Real Madrid’s new signings this summer. For others, the bulk of the squad will be a new date with history. You have to remember that in that dressing room there are many players who have won five Champions Leagues and three European Super Cups.
